If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Your orders will be shipped through US postal courier service. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates, and SKINN is not liable for any lost, delayed, or stolen packages that occur outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30 DAYS FREE RETURN POLICY
We are committed to the quality of every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange the item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement item or a full refund based on your preference.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges can be made for a different size, allowing you to return the unwanted item as part of the returns process, whilst opting for a different size to be delivered out to you instead. And the best part is, exchanges for the same item are free, but must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you opt for an exchange, stock isn't immediately reserved and it's possible that the item requested are no longer available when processed. If this is the case, you'll be refunded for the item back to your original payment method and we'll send you an email to confirm this.

All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at SKINN's discretion, including determining whether the item is unworn and unwashed, with the intent of providing the best experience to our customers. Potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns.
In some circumstances, we may request that additional information be provided, including personal information, for verification purposes.
